To whom it may concern:
We are based in USA but recently have started collecting data to invest in Africa. According to the data we have collected during our study: Soap/ cooking oils business is booming in Africa. For the moment we have two options to enter this business and would like to choose the best:
1) Buy the equipment and manufacture soaps ourselves.
2) Partner with a company already in the business where raw materials are cheap and workout a deal with them.
We are assuming that the second option might be more profitable for us and could help us to start with good products and diversified since this will be a new area of the business for us.
I am writing to you see if this is something you might be interested in. We are going to present to you some soap samples we would like to make so that you can analyze me them give us quote to make them and deliver them to Beira port, Mozambique regularly.
Given the level of income of our targeted markets, we assume soaps based on oils are prefect and affordable to them, if you have any other types of soaps they could afford (cheap soaps), we will be glad to look at them and decide.
Africans like hard, long lasting soaps with good foam making and eventually action to remove dirt easily and well. Nothing fancy.
If you are interested please respond to me so that we can get started. When you reply, please provide to me your wholesale prices of your soap to see if this transaction will be possible since I already have prices for product they will afford.
